You Pay Line Rental, Your Students Pay for Internet, TV and Calls

Part of the MSH Code Plus scheme is the commitment to provide: "A broadband line and wireless router in the property in order that tenants may use and pay for this service."

Specifically designed for landlords, HornetPLUS is the first residential service that allows you to split the line rental from broadband, TV and phone, so that you as a landlord can provide a "broadband ready" house and let the students add other services on a monthly basis, as they like. No waiting for an ISP to turn on broadband or TV. It can happen in minutes. With all other services (including phone calls) being pre-pay, there is no risk to you being left with unpaid bills.

Many landlords suffer the inconvenience and cost of having to pick up phone line activation charges from BT when one group of students move out and cancel the line. HornetPLUS offers landlords the chance to avoid this by not only splitting out the line rental element but also providing longer term contracts where mirroring student tenancy agreements, the service is charge at half-price during July and August.
